Shipping Policy

We ship most products internationally.
Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. We offer Expedited Shipping services such as DHL Express, FedEx Express & USPS Priority Express Mail at special discounted shipping rates. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us. *For some countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and COVID-19 airline limitation.

Refund policy

  • β€’ All returns including exchanges & returns for a refund must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
    β€’ The returning shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility except for wrong items, defective items, or Free Return eligible items or locations.
    β€’ Before returning the item(s) back to us, please contact us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    β€’ Without the return receipt with the RMA number will cause a delay to process the refund & exchange.
    β€’ All returning items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
    β€’ The returned item without the original tag attached will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    β€’ If the item is returned after 30 days, no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to the buyer or will be donated to charity.
    β€’ If the item is returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable' or 'Refused', Expedited Shipping & Express Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
    β€’ If any free shipping items are returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable', or 'Refused', they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    β€’ The returns including refund & exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the item back.
    β€’ If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item(s), we will be fully responsible for the returning shipping cost.

    β€’ All purchases made with partial or complete gift certificates or eGift cards are not refundable.
